I have it done just need to get it uploaded and posted ....here is a preview.

I started the post title as June Brag Book, didn't realize I as so far behind!  I have been so busy with packing for the move, first to a campground then to the house when it is finally built. Oh well, after the 30th I will have plenty of time, not much to do at a campground but swim in the pool! Of course I am planning on getting back to whittling and of course catch up on the brag books!

April Shower Brag Book Freebie

I finally stopped to do the April Brag Book Page. Of course it is titled “April Showers”.

If you missed Jan, Feb or March just scrolled down to find the links to them.

As you scroll down you will see what I am doing now in crafting. I am whittling clothes pins to make unique handmade Christmas Ornaments for you tree or to give as gifts. It is never too early to start setting aside gifts for Christmas. If you are interested just email me and tell me what you would like and even what colors you would prefer as it is early enough to custom order your items.

Clothes Pins I finished Painting

Here is a picture of the clothes pins I finished.

 

I am selling them for $8 dollars to start with Plus shipping and insurance.  Let me know if anyone is interested in ordering any.

I do have snowmen but have not painted any of them yet.I had some leftover decorative trim I was trimming things in the kitchen with and decided if I could carve on them.  Here is the results though I am not done painting it.

Yes and I still have to do the April Brag Book…it is coming yet!

OMG! Crafting Hazard

Here I am sitting in my living room and I am smelling a wood fire so I told Mike, hubby, there must be a fire somewhere.  He came out of the bedroom and says the same thing.  He went outside to check where it was coming from and when he comes back in he says it is not from  back.  I tell him it must be coming somewhere from the front of the house.  When he got to the Florida room, this is where I do my crafting, he says that the magnifying glass is burning the styrofoam that I set some of my clothes pins on.   The sun burnt the clothes pin and a hole in the styrofoam.  We have been gone most of the last couple days, almost all day.  I am so thankful that it happened today...though I only put the  clothes pins there yesterday as I was painting on them yesterday.  I removed the magnifying glass for the little lamp!

April Brag Book

I know I am late with the April Brag Book but I have been trying to get my house back together and all of a sudden the schools need  a sub.  I will make one and post it as a freebie soon.

March Brag Book Page FREEBIE

Here is March's Brag Book....Thought I better get it up tonight as I work tomorrow, which makes the day a little more hectic, and Tuesday, if nothing else comes up we will be laying the kitchen floor.

I used the icy blue/white for the ice/snow that may still make it's appearance in many parts of the world and green for grass making it's appearance thru the snow. 

 If March comes in like a lion, it will go out like a lamb!

In the folder is the lion/lamb clothes pins in a PNG format as well.
